ACC Mini-grants

ACC works to strengthen the cancer control network as well as implement the goals and strategies of the state’s only comprehensive cancer plan—the Arkansas Cancer Plan. ACC has learned many organizations have the need for lower levels of support for cancer control interventions on a short term basis.

The ACC Mini-grant program helps Partners meet these organizational needs. ACC will administer mini-grants, of sums ranging between $750 – $2,500, to fund Partner activities/events/programs, on a limited time frame that work to advance the goals and objectives of the Arkansas Cancer Plan. Partners are encouraged to apply for these funds to support their activity/event/program for the fiscal period of February 24 – May 16, 2012 (funding must be expended NLT May 16, 2012).

To apply, visit the ACC website and complete the online grant submission form at http://www.arcancercoalition.org/resources/grant-opportunities. The submission deadline for applications is February 3, 2012.

The Fiscal Year 2012 Mini-grant program will award programs focusing on the following ACP chapters:

Chapter 4: Clinical Trials
Chapter 6: Workforce Development
Chapter 7: Survivorship
Chapter 8: Palliative Care
Chapter 9: Professional Education
Chapter 10: Surveillance and Reporting

I could not find on the ACC website how to apply for a $750. partner grant. I was only able to find the Implementation Grant and the Mini grant applications.
